06/07/2010 - After client survey for Bury Knowle Health Center, Smart Cleanings UK Ltd was awarded as follows:

• Service & Operatives: 99,5%
• Cleanness: 99,4%

01/07/2010 - After survey into 6 buildings of Sanctuary Group in the Aylesbury area, Smart Cleanings UK Ltd and their Staff were awarded as follows: 

• Service: 94%
• Cleaning Staff: 94%
• Cleanness: 94%

18/03/2010 - "DAAT" Oxfordshire NHS PCT one more time congratulates Smart Cleanings UK Ltd and the allocated hygiene operatives for the great job we're doing for the last 4 1/2 years. ( *** Extract from letter: Everyone in the offices has commented about the great job over the years and how clean it is without ever need to worry or complaint).

15/03/2010 - Medel UK awarded Smart Cleanings UK Limited with the cleaning contract for their Oxfordshire Offices.  

15/01/2010 - Autoglass UK Limited has awarded Smart Cleanings UK Ltd with the cleaning contract for High Wycombe branch.

13/01/2010 - Autoglass UK Limited has awarded Smart Cleanings UK Ltd with the cleaning contract for Aylesbury branch.  

On the 2nd September 2009 Smart Cleanings UK Ltd was awarded with an extension to the daily cleaning services for Tunfurlong Junior School adding an extra 3 hygiene operatives to the cleaning team.

On the 30th August 2009 Smart Cleanings UK ltd was awarded with the daily contract cleaning services for E.T.A. based in Bucks.  

On the 17th June 2009 Smart Cleanings UK Ltd were invited to tender for some cleaning services for First Response and Oxon C. Council.

Smart Cleanings UK Ltd awarded on the 1st June 2009 with the builders cleaning contract for a Earth Satelite Station in Oxfordshire on bahalf of Richardsons Limited.

On the 23rd April 2009 Smart Cleanings UK Limited has been awarded with the daily contract cleaning services for Bury Knowle Dental Surgery in Oxfordshire.

Smart Cleanings UK Ltd is one of the cleaning companies in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire and we are not only able to provide excellent cleaning services but also we give some financial support to institutions like; Wildlife Trusts, ONE, WWF Panda, British Heart Foundation, Greenpeace and Oceana. During 2008 Smart Cleanings UK Ltd sent almost (12) children to the Nature Reserve Park in Madagascar through WWF Panda.

On the 1st April 2009 Smart Cleanings UK Ltd was appointed for the provision of builders cleaning services for the second fase of construction work at Harris Manchester College.

On the 31st March 2009 Smart Cleanings UK Ltd had the contract cleaning services for Wildlife Trusts extended to two more buildings and the provision of all consumables.   

On the 24th March 2009 Smart Cleanings UK Limited was awarded with the provision of daily cleaning services for five buildings at Sanctuary Shaftesbury Housing (Retirement Complex) in Aylesbury which is part of the Sanctuary Group.  

On the 23rd March 2009 Smart Cleanings UK Ltd was awarded with the daily cleaning contract for Turnfurlong Junior School in Aylesbury.  

Smart Cleanings UK Ltd started on the 16th February 2009 second fase of major cleaning work at St. Catherine's College in Oxford at the Library, Theatre, Communal Areas and WC's after builders work.  

Smart Cleanings UK Ltd started on the 5th January 2009 first fase of major cleaning work at St. Catherine's College in Oxford after refurbishment works at the Arumugam Building, Theatre and Computers Room by Austin Newport Ltd.

On the 2nd January 2009 Smart Cleanings UK Ltd was awarded with five years cleaning contract for the USA Embassy in London through the US Department Of State after completing two years of successful contract cleaning services for the Embassy properties and offices in the City of London.

On the 12th December 2008 Smart Cleanings UK Limited completed the full after builders cleaning work at The Wardington Manor near Banbury, Oxon. The Manor was devastated by a fire in 2005 and has been re-constructed by Austin Newport Ltd.

On the 15th September 2008 Smart Cleanings UK Ltd was awarded with the contract to provide after builders cleaning services for two new wings at H. M. Bicester Prison. The building work was provided by Morrison Plc.  

On the 15th May 2008 Brigadier M W E Wade CBE, Commander 145 (South) Brigade on behalf of the Army Board requested the pleasure of our company at a Reception and Briefing by the Army Presentation Team at the Civic Centre in Aylesbury.
